Marble Cheesecake Pots

Hi everyone!

It's 26 degrees in Glasgow today! Can you believe this? I wouldn't believe if I weren't to experience it for myself!

There's only one thing you can do: enjoy it! Have some easy marble cheesecake! Ready in 5 minutes!

You will need:

1 Philadelphia Soft Cream Cheese

half a can of coconut milk

icing sugar

some vanilla extract

chocolate spread

tea biscuits

As you can see I used coconut milk instead of cream. It gives a lighter texture and lots of flavour. It's thicker too, especially if you get it from a can.

Now you need to put all of this (except for the chocolate) in a blender or use a hand mixer until smooth and well incorporated.

Crumble the biscuits either with your hands or put them in a zip food bag so that you can easily crush them with a rolling pin! That's how I did it - so much fun. Divide the crumbs equally among the pots (or dessert glasses or bowls or whatever you'd like to use!)

Top with half the mixture. The rest of the mixture is in for another buzz in the blender together with the chocolate. Add the rest of the chocolate mixture to create a marble effect and smooth the surface with a spoon.

Then pop in the fridge for a couple of hours or less if you cannot really wait to taste this! Enjoy!
